Research On Ecological Design Guidance In Regulatory Planning

People are aware of seeking the path of sustainable development, which environmental problems and energy crisis gradually become worsen. Ecological construction and eco-design are being important in the exploration process. After the reform and opening, Chinese development model which use economic development as the leading factor revealed more and more issues as the time goes. Destruction of the environment has becoming a key point which restricts economic development. In order to solve this problem, city builders are constantly exploring new ways to solve problems. As the urban planning system increasingly perfect, the combination between ecological construction and urban planning constantly proceed, but it is hardly enough.The paper using controlled detailed planning as the starting point, introducing eco-design into it. It enhances from the basic concept to the feasibility and then improved, then strive to form a complete eco-design guidance system of regulatory detailed planning. In the process, the paper proof about the feasibility from different aspects and different environments. In the index system process, we preliminary screening by the frequency statistics, and then use questionnaire and principal component analysis and processing. Finally it constructed an index system of eco-design guidance. Based on some studies, it focuses on content, effect, and characteristics. At the same time, the paper has detailed study of ecological design guidance programming, which has status survey and data collection, ecological environment classification, planned ecological classification and index system. Achievements System includes text, specifications and drawings. The drawing contains ecosystem classification figure and planned ecosystem classification figure and eco-design concept figure. Finally, it combined regulatory control of Mulan for applications.The legal system of urban planning is continually updated in China. There are many unconscious problems are emerging. This interdisciplinary research in many areas also have successful cases. The paper also belongs tentative study. It is an in-depth study which connects ecological construction and urban planning.
