Research On Interactive Wire Maintenance System Based On IETM

This paper is relying on the project of certain Aviation Academy "Research on interactive wire maintenance system based on IETM". Our task is to design a set of software in aviation electronics repair, through studying existing IETM(interactive electronic technical manual) and combining with the thinking of wire data module.With the rapid development of computer technology, the technology paper materials using for equipment maintenance convert to electronic information gradually. IETM makes the paper materials to electronic information, and maintenance personnel can easily query the relevant technical information to improve the efficiency of maintenance and repair. However, the complexity and precision of equipment gradually improve; IETM can not meet the daily maintenance requirements in wire data. So, study of the wire data module becomes popular, which makes this module intelligent and operational. Wire data module includes wires connection, wire trend, parameters of standard components. Researching wire data module can help maintenance personnel improve the efficiency of query wire data and clear the wire trend, and solve so many problems in the process of maintenance.The main content of this article includes:1. The thesis topics. With the increasing complexity of equipment, the functional requirements of IETM improve. The original wire data module becomes a new research direction, so this paper proposes an interactive wire maintenance system.2. The wire data model. We build the XML-Schema model according to the S1000 D standard and studying the previous experience of building IETM.3. Storage of wire data. Data storage is the key of building the system. We store the circuit diagram into the database adopting Native-XML and traditional relational database. Native-XML database is dedicated to storing XML documents.4. The intelligent query based on Bayes Network algorithm. We study the prior probability model and complete the XML query using Bayes Network algorithm. It improves the efficiency of troubleshooting.5. The function implementation. We design a set of interactive wire maintenance system, which has such functions: drawing circuit diagram; reading circuit diagram; examining the parameters of components; wire directions; wires query etc.The main problem: establishing XML-Schema of data model; storing the wires data using native-XML database and traditional database; solving the wire fault intelligent query by introducting Bayesian network; constructing functional modules with Microsoft Silverlight, this article promotes the development of wire data module.
