Research And System Development Analysis Of IETM For Diesel Engine

As the power of airplanes, wheeler, cars and other equipment, the status of diesel is very important in equipments. With the advance in technology, especially the development of electronic information and communication technology, Equipment maintenance efficiency for fast, the traditional way of diesel logistics support has become increasingly unable to full enough to the needs of people. Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) has the characteristics of information sharing the human-computer interaction, can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment support, and reduce the security costs.In this paper, on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, and combined with a certain amount of practical experience, there is a more detailed expatiate of the IETM theory of diesel、main technical and production process of diesel IETM system. The main contents are as follows:(1)IETM is introduced the research significance and research status, and based on introducing the structure of the diesel engine of IETM relevant theory has made the detailed analysis.(2)Diesel engine is studied in detail first consult standard S1000D IETM system data model, put forward that the encoding rules of the diesel engine spare parts, and then on this basis, determine the system and collecting method of determining the required data, the diesel engine is studied in detail IETM system data model establishment method and the process.(3)Diesel engine IETM system was introduced in detail the data tag display and storage theory through the comparison and analysis of several data markup language, select the marked extensible markup language XML tools, methods and its structure and display control theory has carried on the detailed research on data tag and display, on the basis of theoretical research, in view of the different data types of storage methods are analyzed. (4)Considering domestic IETM technology development lag behind and foreign IETM development platform is expensive and bad compatibility with the domestic technology of reality, this paper introduces two methods for development of IETM system of diesel engine, namely the use of IETM mature development platform for the development and application development software and a relational database.At present, IETM technology in China is relatively in a backward stage, the application scale of the technical is not comprehensive in civilian areas,this paper aims to arouse the interest and importance of the IETM through the introduction to the production process of diesel IETM system and IETM technical content, then provides some ideas and experience to development of the various types equipment of IETM system.
