The Study Of Evaluation On Urban Bus System Vulnerability Based On DEA Method

Since these years bus accidents in urban happened frequently, society become to focus on safety problems of urban public transport system. As a part of urban basic infrastructure equipment, urban public transport management is an important part of urban emergency management. As an opening and moving system, urban public transport has its obvious vulnerability. As a capital city, Guangzhou is always paying attention to urban emergency management. Since Guangzhou had happened urban public transport accident, it is meaningful to study its urban public transport system vulnerability.Based on DEA method and using Guangzhou 7.15 bus explosion accident as an example, this essay analyzes the instability, sensitivity of urban public transport system and its hard resume problem. Combined with the DEA method, it evaluates the urban public transport vulnerability of ten munic ipal districts in Guangzhou. Finally, it gives the suggestions of Guangzhou urban public transport system, the weakness area and the outside environment, equipments.
