Summarized the existed problem from the winder project schedule management issues. Clarified the direction of improvement about project progress management by using the fishbone diagram analysis method to analyze the cause of the problem.This thesis takes Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) as the main research methods. And combed the CD inductance winder project process from three dimensions about the preparation of project schedule, the optimization of project schedule, the implementation and control of project schedule. Proposed improvement measures within the framework of the project schedule management theory.
