The Research About Information Property Right Transfer Of BIM Technology Diffusion Process

BIM technology effective diffusion can improve the management efficiency of construction enterprises, reduce the cost of the total project life cycle and promote the construction of informatization and industrialization. Due to the various BIM technology, BIM technology diffusion involves the ability to use the building, plus interest game between the parties, So the BIM technology diffusion in the process of information delivery activities become one of the critical analysis of BIM technology diffusion mechanism research, and the information in the whole life cycle of project delivery process involves the problem of property rights transfer. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the information activities of the delivery of information property right transfer of the key influence factors, and then select the most appropriate project trading patterns to reduce the cost of the "activity" to promote and protect the enterprises or organizations which adopt and develop the BIM technology.Based on the technology diffusion, information property right theory, combined with the content of the information delivery manual in BIM standard, this paper analyzes the information delivery activity in the whole life cycle of project and the key influencing factors of information property right transfer, and then selects the most appropriate project trading patterns to promote the efficient transfer of information property rights. Based on BIM research status at home and abroad, to find the combining site of BIM technology diffusion and property research as the research direction; Analyzes the whole life cycle of BIM technology diffusion process and project information delivery activities; Proposes the definition of information property right, transfer methods and the influence factors of transfer. With the method of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) combined with the questionnaire, the paper analyzes the key factors affecting information property right transfer, then builds the hierarchical structure model, and selects the most appropriate project trading patterns, to reduce the cost of "activity".Based on the above research, combined with BIM application in our country the content of the standard(draft), the paper puts forward the constructive project organization structure in EPC and IPD project transaction mode to promote the efficient transfer of information property rights.
