The Terminal Controlling System Of Small Water Vehicle Designed Based On BDS

The Beidou navigation system(BDS) is a global positioning and communication system, independently developed by China. BDS support all-time worldwide services for all types of users with high precision and reliable positioning, navigation and timing, it also has short message communication ability.In this paper, the specific research work is as follows:(1) The underlying hardware design of the terminal control systemThe host machine of the small water vehical terminal hardware system is an ARM-Development-Board carrying a CPU of S3C2440. On the board there are series of peripheral devices equipments, mainly has PWM clock module, serial communications module and the Flash storage module. The data acquisition module used temperature humidity sensor DHT11 and the 6 axis inertia navigation module, movement control propeller used enhanced version NO.42 step into motor combined diameter for 10 cm of propeller, then adds a Beidou Terminal will compose a whole hardware control system.(2) The system-level design of the terminal control systemTerminal control system-leverl design is divided into 3 parts, included modify, compile, and transplantation the bootloder, which is used to booting the Linux operating system. The second part is to crop, compile and transplant the Linux kernel to the ARM-Development-Board.The last part is to transplant the root file system of YAFFS2 that required to boot a Linux system.(3) The function application designed of terminal control systemThe functions realize on the small water vehical terminal included of the motion controlling, the field data collectting, and the Beidou satellite remote location and compass data communication. This paper will designed all the function applications running in Linux systems environment and details the principles of function modules.Finally, this paper tested the whole terminal control system, and verify the feasibility of the control system.
