Research On The Analysis Method Of Wholesale Center Based On The Integrated Technology Of Space Syntax And Arc GIS

With the rapid development of urbanization, the urban population growth in a pace,people demand for material, culture and spirits also have diversified development. In current situation, city commercial development respond quickly with rapid iteration. Highly attention pay on the wholesale center development, from 2012 to 2014, we have 338 new professional markets, each value of more than 100 million yuan, which means an average annual increase of 112. A successful project can bring advantage for urban upgrade and area activity. An unsuccessful project, with its less match up ideal and business trouble could aggravate those urban issues, therefore, it should be think about its development planning seriously and carefully.Taking wholesale center as research object, this study took holism and sustainable development concept into consideration, embracing times, regionalism, cultural as value basis.The study open to representative cases, analyzing spaces and type it. Under such categorization, the study goes on with ideal samples, then combine to the syntax space theory which help to get clusters spatial regional relation, traffic feature as well as space characteristics in the broad sense of urban space. In the narrow sense, the research deeply analyze the functional module arranging of wholesale center, so as to its special space and commercial moving lines. The study also embraces numbers of subjects, like architecture,geoinformatics, sociology and statistics which using space syntax and Arc GIS for disciplinary and multi-perspective study, looking for commercial clusters space feature and design deficiencies, combining marketing strategy to explore the ideal pattern of location,commercial space for wholesale center. Finally, the study provide design principles and advice for the first and secondary development of wholesale center.This study focuses on the design of wholesale center, including as follow:(1)The syntax research of cluster spaceConsidering the commercial cluster formed by the scale benefit of wholesale center, the research try to analyzing wholesale center on the background of urban space, discussing the feature of urban space and extracting abstract rules, specifically focuses on aspects of location,transportation, spatial form, recognition degrees and architectural layout.(2)The syntax research of commercial clusterAccording to the method of positivism, a large number of evidences are collected,including field investigation and crowd interviews. Base on the pedestrian counting, database is established so as to seek common factors of wholesale center’s commercial space. Thetechnology of Space Syntax and Arc GIS are used to realize the spatial expression of commercial feature data in professional market. Looking for the design method on the basis of data composition and offer optimizing suggestion.(3)The research of commercial cluster design patternsTaking the above research as foundation, seeking key point between idea state and practical condition of architectures, this study present the space design pattern of wholesale center, and verify its rationality and science through actual projects.
