Comprehensive Evaluation On The Construction Scheme Of Overhead Transmission Line

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the power demands continues to increase, the scale of power construction is expanding year by year, the construction projects of overhead transmission line of cross regional, inter basin, large-scale and long-distance become more and more. The construction of overhead transmission lines led to land occupation, housing demolition, felling trees, traffic barriers and so on.these problems is becoming more and more difficult. Therefore,according to comprehensive evaluation on the construction scheme of overhead transmission line, seeking a construction scheme of overhead transmission line which have the least impact on the outside, lower cost, shorter project duration, good safety performance is very necessary.Basis on consulting a large number of construction material of overhead transmission lines, this paper summarizes the current construction scheme of overhead transmission line and its advantages and disadvantages. Firstly,according to analyse the factors which influenced the construction scheme of overhead transmission line,combined with index system principles, this paper initially sets up the evaluation index system of the construction scheme of overhead transmission line. secondly, through analyzing the importance, effectiveness, completeness of index,this paper completes select and improve index.finally this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system which is suitable to the construction scheme of overhead transmission line.The system covers five aspects, which are cost, safety, duration, technology,society.By analyzing empowerment method, this paper selects GSPA-IAHP to determine the empowerment of indicators.This method allows the experts to give the form of interval number on relative important degree of indicators, which overcomesthe defects that traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP) needs accurate judgment.Rely on extension evaluation theory, a comprehensive evaluation model of the construction scheme of overhead transmission line based on enhancer matter element extension is established. At last, Comprehensive evaluation of alternative transmission line model stringing construction scheme of an engineering example using evaluation model to verify the usefulness of the evaluation model.The comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method, which are constructed in this paper, provide theoretical basis for the preference of the construction scheme of overhead transmission line. Believe that this study will be widely used in the overhead transmission line construction in the future.
