Based on the analysis of the systematic function of the flow metering system,the metering unit based on ARM and Labview PC monitor interface are built on the ARM-Linux platform to coordinate with wellhead metering system to achieve remote data transmission and monitoring of condensate gas flow parameters..In the design of the hardware, ARM S3C2440 microprocessor is selected,and Altium Designer software is used to complete ARM core circuit design,human-computer interaction circuit,flow data acquisition circuit and serial interface circuit design.in the design process, the flow metering unit’s hardware platform construction is completed on the base that flow metering unit PCB circuit is designed using both core board and bottom board design methods.In the software design, with Linux2.6.32 operating system as developing platform,the bottom driver and application programmes are written using arm.linux-gcc-4.4.3 cross compiler.The design consists the construction of cross compile environment, Linux kernel cutting and transplantation design, the keyboard driver design, ADS8344 E ADC driver design and GPRS communication module design.The monitoring center interface is designed by Labview software.The main function that achieved includes the realizition of man-machine interface,the real-time display,data storage and data analysis and overrun alarm.The metering unit works in client mode and the upper PC works in server mode.The metering unit establishes connections by a fixed IP address and complete the task of data transmission and fault diagnosis.
