SMA asphalt mixture used as a pavement material with excellent performance, with its high temperature resistance, low temperature stability, good water stability, excellent durability and surface features, is widely used at home and abroad. SMA mixtures are mixed with synthetic type high temperature, production of construction energy consumption, abandoned emission problems, as ordinary joined fiber stabilizer in SMA mixtures, because of the addition of fiber leads to increased costs, inadequate mixing, production difficulties and other problems. In order to solve the above problems, in this paper, a kind of new warm mix fiber-free SMA mixture applied research.Firstly, raw material testing and analysis of various technical indicators, selecting raw materials that meets specification requirements and determine the research required to test methods and procedures.On this basis, has carried out a conventional hot mix SMA mixture, warm mix fiber- free SMA Mixture Ratio Design, and were analyzed utilizing thank L?bork leak test inspection asphalt content, and ultimately determine the temperature no fiber SMA mix mixture gradation composition and mixing temperature.Second, using rotating pressure real ins trument through indoor pressure real try pieces, draws dense curve, through rotating pressure real energy index C EI, and N ini and Ndes in half logarithmic coordinates Shang of dense degrees slope k and dense energy index TDI to evaluation warm mix fiber- free SMA asphalt mixed material of rotating pressure real characteristics, and compared to General hot mix SMA mixed material(hot mix, has fiber, not heating mix agent) and hot mix cryogenic SMA mixed material(forming temperature 140℃, has fiber, not heating mix agent). Analysis under different conditions of temperature, oil stone ratio of gyratory compaction characteristics studied.Then, the warm mix fiber-free SMA mixture’s road performance carried out detailed tests, and compared to the pavement performance of ordinary hot mix SMA mixture makes a comparative study, results showed that while road performance slightly inferior, but completely conform to the relevant specifications and requirements, meet surface requirements.Finally, on warm mix fiber- free SMA mixtures and ordinary hot mix SMA mixture analysis of comparative study of the economic and social benefits, results showed that in terms of economic and social benefits, warm mix fiber- free SMA mixtures have a lot of advantages.
