The concept of corporate culture originated in Japan, it was introduced into our country after a number of studies of the West in the last century. The quality of enterprise’s culture determines whether the enterprise can focus the staff improve the management, motivate the team and the sustain the management. So, in any enterprises, the construction of enterprise culture becomes a very important operation management module, especially in the large enterprise.The enterprise culture construction is a systematic engineering, I don’t think it is an empty slogan or logo, but should follow the legal rules and regulations; in addition, the enterprise should regard it as the unswerving strategic thought, and make unremitting efforts for it eventually. The enterprise culture is mainly embodied in the enterprise’s behavior, the external expressions and so on., it has three characteristics, they are systematicness.scientific and persistenceThe group of Meng Yuan was founded in the1990’s, it was turned into a large provincial private enterprise group as a result of20years development, now, it engaged in real estate, logistics, finance and other business fields. Although the group has made a great success in business, there is more space for its culture construction. The purpose of this paper is to describe the situation and the existing problems of Meng yuan through the study of its corporate culture, then give some reasonable suggestions in construction of corporate culture, I hope what I did will help the group to achieve further development. Also, it is a reference case for the other private enterprises to rethink or study.
