The rapid development of China’s economy, the opportunities for enterprises to survive, but also to make more and more incentive competition among enterprises, and companies wishing to stand out in the fierce competition, we must give full play to the advantages of human resources, improve staff enthusiasm for work, and to the staff at the same time ensure a higher task performance, contextual performance is also as high as possible. In order to achieve this, companies must take some effective incentives, but today’s business incentives for employees can no longer rely solely on material incentives, but also to meet the spiritual needs, and improve the work of the spirit of fun is to meet staff one effective means needs.In recent years, scholars have tried from a different perspective to research work fun, especially fun to work with job satisfaction.most of the relevant studies are fun to work in foreign scholars in the environment of foreign enterprises these studies do not necessarily have the cross-cultural validity of these studies in the Chinese cultural context, is likely to have the opposite effect, so this reading foreign literature and research on the basis of the work under the Chinese context relations with neighboring fun performance regulation empirical research carried out, as well as the values of fun working with neighboring performance work。the following conclusions:(1) work fun with a positive correlation between the peripheral performance. That increases the performance of the work surrounding the fun increases.(2) Permission to work in three dimensions and growth values, comfort and security, status and independence of the working relationship between the performance of the fun and play a role in peripheral regulation.In this study, the fun has come to work in significant positive impact on the surrounding performance, especially in the work of the fun exchanges colleagues working in the celebration, the overall positive impact on the surrounding joyful performance by a significant test,the positive impact on the surrounding individual freedom does not pass the performance test of significance, which is consistent with foreign scholars, the more fun at work, around the performance of employees is higher, indicating that companies should focus on job fun training, and strive to create a fun work environment where employees feel relaxed, thereby improving performance peripherals to create greater profits for the enterprise. Therefore, this study has a strong corporate guidance.
