Catering services as the field of food safety and people’s daily life most closely link, is closely related with people’s life, maintenance of catering service food safety supervision department is the bounden duty.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign catering service food safety supervisionpattern evolution and practical experience, on the food safety supervision system of international comparison, based on the public management theory and economics theory as the instruction, in our country socialist market economy improvement, and constantly improve the level of economic and social development background, starting from the present situation of catering service food safety supervision in China, on the basis of the developed countries,regulatory experience in advanced areas, a comprehensive analysis of problems facing Kunming catering service food safety supervision, through empirical analysis and theoretical analysis, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, according to regulatory system elements (supervision subject, supervision object, means of supervision, supervision efficiency) logical structure improvement, system analysis, the mechanism of catering service food safety supervision model and the path, provides the strategy for the construction ofcatering service food safety supervision system in Kunming city.
