Compared with the developed area, the factors, which affect the turnover intention of the company’s core staffs in underdeveloped area, have certain regional specificities. By applying Embedded Theory, via empirical research, the current thesis analyzes the influence on core staff’s turnover intention from various dimensions of the model. This thesis proposes the concept of regional identity embedding and considers the characteristics of the underdeveloped area and its core staff to examine the role of regional identity adjustment between jobs embedded and underdeveloped regions core staff turnover intention. This paper made an innovation on the previous researches, we combined the "job embeddedness" theory with the underdeveloped areas distinctive regional background and unique employee personal background variables, and provided an important factor affecting the core of employee turnover-regional identity, then we demonstrated this factor was an important factor which influenced the turnover intention of the company’s core staffs in underdeveloped through empirical analysis. we proposed empirical research methods, using sophisticated scale surveys to collect data on the company’s core underdeveloped areas employees, via descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA and other methods to validate the hypothesis of this paper. Finally, the main study results are listed below.1. First of all, there is significantly negative correlation between different dimensions of job embedded composite index model and the turnover intention of the company’s core staffs in underdeveloped area.2. Secondly, the paper proves that the extent of the regional identity embedding is an essential factor, which greatly influences the turnover intention of the company’s core staffs in underdeveloped area. For regional identity employees at a high level, job embedding model has a stronger influence on the turnover tendency of core employees. Rather for regional identity employees at a low level, job embedding model has a weak influence on the turnover tendency of core employees.3. Thirdly, the attribute gaps of personal identity background have significant impact on the work of embedding and turnover intention. Therefore, in addition to adopt the traditional policies, government should focus more on improving the embedded regional identity. Also, the government and entrepreneurs should join efforts and make a breakthrough on policy framework and management methods so as to enhance the core staffs’regional identity and retain the key employees.
