Today’s world has entered the era of knowledge economy, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, and the core of enterprise competition is talent competition. China’s small and medium enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises of science and technology, there are unscientific, unreasonable distribution, incentive mechanism is not perfect, the general aspects of human resource management in the enterprise, brings to the enterprise employee turnover, work is not positive, the lack of the enterprise centripetal force and cohesion to serious problems, poses a great threat to the survival and development of enterprises.Employee motivation as one of the core contents of human resource management in modern enterprises, enterprise managers to stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, improve employee job satisfaction, effective way to strengthen the cohesiveness and centripetal force of the enterprise. Non material incentive as an important part of the incentive mechanism, can effectively make up for lack of material incentive, material incentive motivation to overcome the narrow face, increase the burden on enterprises, intensified interpersonal friction limitations, and stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, persistence play to individual work enthusiasm and creativity, enhance the centripetal force and cohesion.
