With the integration of world economy and the continuous development of society, the demand of enterprise for telant is strengthening increasingly. Human resource management has become the key factor of enterprise comprehensive strength and market competition. Recruiting and training are two important aspects in human resource management. Recruiting not only concerns the replenishment of new blood in enterprise,but also concerns the core-competitiveness of enterprise. Training is an important means for teaching and keeping employees. Only the common development of enterprise and employees can bring a brighter future for enterprise. As the accomplisher of business objectives, salesmen play a very important role. It becomes an important subject how to enhance the quality of salesmen.An intensive study on recruiting and training is carried out in this article combined with the practice of SL company. Through the analysis of cases about recuiting and training in SL company, we can find that the faultiness in recuiting and training among private machinery enterprises has a great influence on the echelon build of salesmen. The causes to the problems and the proper method of recruiting and training in SL company can be found out from this study. We can get to know that process system of recruiting should be established in order to analyse the sense of worth,motive,image,sales ability,professional knowledge,family factors,self analysis ability,self discipline ability and study ability of the candidates. So that we can find the right employees that can accept enterprise culture and suit their positions. Recruitment is just the beginning but not the end. Allround training such as sales technique,product knowledge,enterprise culture,occupational quality and practical exercises should be carrid out to new employees. It is a successful recruitment only when the new employees become a part of the team and create value continuously for enterprise. The training system against salesmen should be established when recruiting is scheduled in private machinery enterprises. Only continuous training and guidance can promote mutual development of both enterprises and salesmen. The design of recruitment process and the establishing of training system in SL company described in this article gives a guidance in private machinery enterprises. Meanwhile,the research method that regards recruiting and training as a whole can draw attention of more people to think over the six modules of HR. This article can promote the development of research on human resource.
