This paper conducts the design research to the human resource management system of small and medium-sized enterprise through the investigation and study of present situation of human resource management in our small and medium-sized enterprise, with their interal and external environment. The paper combines human resource traditional theory with the above human resource management advanced theory and through the enterprise case illustration research technique, believes the human resource plan according to different life cycle stage characteristics from some aspects of staff employment, staff training development, incentive system and performance mechanism, etc., and finally achieve the dynamic human resource management along with the enterprise development. |
