Research On Yunnan 's Foreign Service Ability Based On Urban Flow Theory

Western development strategy and bridgehead strategy have brought bothopportunities and challenges to the development of Yunnan Province.Under thispolicy backround, the paper uses urban flow model to study external servicescapability of Yunnan Province. This research will help to promote the development ofYunnan and the implementation of Bridgehead strategy.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction aboutbackground,research approach,technology roadmaps and possible innovation.Thesecond part is a literature review, divided into two parts:foreign and domestic.Thethird part discusses the overall status and problems of16prefectures in YunnanProvince.The fourth part is the empirical analysis about city flow conditions ofYunnan Provience.The fifth part discusses the possible factor and explain the externalservices ability by models.Part VI is to put forward countermeasures and suggestionson the basis of the above reasearch. The main conclusions of this paper can besummarized as follows.In general cities of YunNan provience have poor outboundservice compacity.But outbound services of these cities showed a clear upwardtrend.Kunming, the promient of YunNan provience, has great external servicescapability, while other cities are poor. Most cities’ overall economic strength and theirscomprehensive service capabilities are incongruity. Most cities of YunNan proviencehave single industrial structure, limiting the development of eternal service ability.
