The Impact Of Offshore Service Outsourcing On Beijing 's Industrial Structure

It has become a new engine andsymbol to lead the service industry revolution in the greater range of depth on a higherlevel.Since the21st century, with the rapid development of global service outsourcing,global serviceoutsourcinghave reached to$1,199,31trillion in2013.China’s position inthe international offshore service outsourcing marketimproves further. China undertookoffshore service outsourcing43.85billion, implementing amount$33.64billionin2012,accounting for27.7%of the global offshore service outsourcing market.Beijingas a national service outsourcing demonstration city, has maintaineddouble-digit growthin offshore service outsourcingsince2008, has reached at$4.13billion in2013.Servicehas accounted for the proportion of the city’s economic morethan70%in Beijing, service economy characteristics show up significantly, so toundertake service outsourcing, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and avoidlow-level capturehas a strong theoretical and practical significance for the economicdevelopment of Beijing.This paper outlines the situation of undertaking service outsourcing of Beijing,then from perspective of intra-industry and inter-industry,the paper analyzes the effectmechanism of service outsourcing and industrial structure.this paper uses the greycorrelation method to calculate correlation between the offshore outsourcing servicesand upgrading of industrial structure of Beijing. The result show that the correlationbetweenundertaking offshore outsourcing and industrial structure decreases, then thepaper uses the input and output method to analyze the grey correlation analysis results.From the inter service industry and intra-industry, the study found that within the valueadded rate in the service industry generally keep up from2002to2007, andvalue addedrate decreases from2007to2010. From the perspective ofinter-industry, service intermediate demand rate goes up, the service industry to the correlation coefficient hasbeen increased. The results show that Beijing service internal upgrade encounterbarriers, can not to climb high value-added part of the service value chainandintra-industry correlation is weak. In the last charter,the paper gives the policyadvices from the aspects of promoting the high value added service industry,thecollaborative relationship between industry and building a favorable environment forthe service outsourcing enterprises.
