Based on the analysis of related literature,the motivation of GST's grass-roots employees was investigated in the field.Through the human resources department staff and other employees at the grass-roots level of interviews,and a survey of 150 incentive questionnaires for junior staff motivation,and the existing problems and reasons in the company's current incentive measures are analyzed.And put forward specific solutions to provide similar lessons for similar enterprises.Firstly,this paper mainly expounds the background,significance,content and method of the thesis,defines the key concepts of the paper,and introduces the theoretical basic knowledge related to incentive and Its Enlightenment to the management practice,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the thesis.Secondly,it analyzes the incentive status of GST and its employees.Through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey,collecting company about the gulf grass-roots staff incentive motivation,incentive firsthand material satisfaction,through analysis and comparison,salary,benefits,career development education training and performance evaluation four aspects the effect of incentives not most ideal;Then based on the situation and interviews to understand the company's incentive,puts forward the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of problems,and from the aspects such as salary,benefits,career development,training,education put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,points out the concrete measures and methods for improvement.Finally,from two aspects of employee motivation and incentive satisfaction,this paper compares and analyzes the insufficiency of the incentive of the manufacturing enterprises in the grass-roots units,putting forward the redesign of incentive schemes from several aspects,and some pertinent measures,which can solve the problems encountered by the grass-roots employees in GST.In conclusion,the research on employee motivation in this paper has long-term significance for GST,it is easy to improve the incentive effect of the staff at the grass-roots level,and has also achieved practical results.
