Research On Effective Route Of Promoting The Urbanization Of Villages Development In China

The urbanization of villages is an important content of implementing urbanization strategy. But the urbanization of villages is a concept which is easily subject to the controversy , " urbanization " , this concept , comes from the west, which have combined with China's actual conditions and turned into " the urbanization " after introduce into China, namely replace " the urbanization " with " urbanization ". So this text defines the scientific connotation of the urbanization at first, then construe difference of the two "urbanization" , further, explained the scientific meaning of urbanization of villages. At the same time I emphasize why urbanization of villages must replace rural urbanization and construct theoretical foundation and expound the meaning of implementation of urbanization of villages .As to the present development route of urbanization of villages, we must offer a theory frame to analyse , this text proceeds from angle of economics, pointed out economics reason and universal law of urbanization of villages that the urbanization formed and developed. I have pointed out economic scale merit, social benefit and environmental benefit of the urbanization , at the same time , have also offered a solid theoretical foundation for accelerating the development of urbanization of villages in China. This text has introspect the two main routes of present Chinese urbanization of villages: Government's leading development route and route based mainly on small town, at the same time deep introspection as to their path.Pass to the analysis and introspection of the present development route of urbanization of villages , according to the economic law of the urbanization and national conditions of China , I have proposed four feasible development routes of promoting urbanization of villages of ourcountry :at first , new choice in the route of urbanization of villages: market-based orientation; Second, our path must begin with an emphasize on county town and the middle with small city coordinately ;third , the effective route of urbanization of villages:institutional innovation ;fourth , go and promote the way of the urbanization function and quality: urbanization , industrialization and informatization developeraent in harmony.
