With the development of modern economy, human resource has gradually replaced the machines and capitals to be the most important factor for the process of production. More and more enterprises, especially for internet enterprises, realize that talents are the core competitiveness of enterprises. If the enterprises want to develop constantly and finally win the market competition, they must attract and retain good employees and motivate them to create outstanding performance. Therefore, researching the satisfaction and engagement of the employees from Internet enterprises, analyzing the relationship between employee satisfaction and engagement, improving the Internet enterprise employees engagement and avoiding the brain drain have profound practical significance to the human resource management and the long-term sustainable development of Internet enterprises.This research mainly makes the employees of Internet enterprises as the research objects and studies their satisfaction and engagement to understand their present situation. Meantime, I deeply analyze the research data and find the relationship between employee satisfaction and engagement. Then, I put forward targeted suggestions to help to improve satisfaction and engagement of employees from Internet enterprises.This research mainly adopts various research methods including literature review method, questionnaire survey, case interviews, statistical analysis, etc. On the basis of finishing research on related literatures at home and abroad, I find the corresponding support theory of this research. Then I design the scale for this research on reference to the satisfaction and engagement scale that famous foreign consulting companies usually use. After investigation data recovery, I use SPSS statistical software to process the data to study the influence of demographic variables on engagement and verify the relationship between them. Depending on this analysis, this research finally put forward some suggestions to improve the satisfaction and engagement the of Internet enterprise employees.
