A Study On The Innovation Of The Business Model

Recently, the research on business model innovation of Telematics Service Provider (TSP) in china is still in the exploration stage. Based on the collection,analysis large amounts of data, this paper stress study the business model innovation of YESWAY Inc. First, a more systematic introduction to the related business model innovation theory, including business model definition,business model elements and business model innovation,etc. And then introduction to the research of current domestic telematics industrial chain and several typical business models.Second, mainly detailed analysis and research the business model innovation activities of YESWAY Inc. Beginning with the introduction to the original business model and analysis its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and then study and analysis the motivation and ways(Emphasizes the catalytic effect of the factors of big data) of YESWAY Inc’s business model innovation, finally analyzes and sums up YESWAY Inc’s new business model innovation, and briefly describe the evaluation and preliminary results and guarantee the implementation and of the new business model. Finally, sum up the experiences of YESWAY Inc’s business model innovation. According to the analysis of YESWAY Inc’s business model innovation, this paper hopes to provide a revelation for TSPs and other similar enterprises.
