With the rapid development of social economy and the change of social environment, the value of individual social and demand more and more presents the trend of fragmentation. At the same time, social groups, organizations and individuals with the same scale of consumer, ask for a variety of channels and ways to seek the value of providing. Fragmented consumer demand, fragmentation of the consumer environment, the value of the fragmentation of the supply of the main, as well as communication tools, payment methods and services is also a multi-level, multi type and fragmented.With the rapid development of information technology and the overall popularity of the mobile network, the personalized needs of operating platform software and social fragmentation in the Internet environment has promoted the innovation effect of the business model. At the same time, large data resources and "Internet plus" technology not only led to a variety of "big data" based on the industrial chain business model innovation, the more important is that it provides technical and feasible path for the whole society business model innovation:on the one hand, big data are providing new method and the path for the producer to contact with consumers; on the other hand, it is also in communication for consumers and producers in a new way, and the combination of consumers to build a platform.This article uses the literature research method, through consulting a large number of theoretical literature, business leaders’views, as well as experts and scholars on the Internet consumer research work, get enough theory and data support.This article will also use the case analysis method, the DiDi taxi platform for in-depth and detailed investigation and analysis. Through participation in platform experience consumption process, combined with the large data analysis and technology, platform of ease of use and more convenient is evaluated, and then the platform business operation characteristics are summarized, for the copy of the reference. First, starting from the debris of the Internet and the diversification and complexity of, carding system under the Internet environment, the supply and demand sides of the fragmentation characteristics; secondly, through the impact to the traditional business model and seek the inevitable trend of the innovation mode analysis, in the research of the technology of Internet and data on innovation mode of the ground to provide the feasibility of the technology platform; again, from the means of communication, payment system and user experience point of view, the software platform of DiDi taxi based on case analysis, induction of its business model innovation; finally, seeks the draw lessons from a meaning in the field of consumer services can be copied, and social environment for the consumer experience of outlook.The conclusion of this paper is that the development of mobile Internet and big data technology, has brought the re-integration of fragmented supply and demand resources, with the help of 020 resource sharing and matchmaking platform to achieve business model innovation. In the field of consumer services, this model innovation has the copy of the reference value.
