With the development of economy and the increase of population, the pressure of different kinds of natural resources and natural environment appears to be growing, including Land resources. How to harmonize various functions of land and how to guarantees the social economy and environment development moderately are the key problems for land ecological evaluation. Biodiversity conservation as an important service functions of ecological assessment, its influence is also growing. As is well known to all, Yunnan province is considered the most important area in biodiversity protection. But Yunnan province’s biodiversity protection faced with the threat both natural disasters and human disturbance in recent years. Many animals and plants are endangered in this circumstance. In order to take care of the best biodiversity environment and better deal the contradiction of residential remediation and the biodiversity conservation, lunch residential land suitability evaluation and layout optimization based on the protection of Yunnan snub-nosed monkey shows very urgent and realistic meaning.This article chooses the Yunnan snub-nosed monkey habitat as the study area, by means of analysis habitat characteristics and distribution of the landscape of rural residential area of Yunnan golden monkey and find the natural distribution of residential and monkeys.Through MCR model and AHP model establish the rural residential construction regional suitability evaluation system, constructed residential area eco- Integrated suitability matrix eventually for residential spatial layout planning with reference to the "time management priority matrix" model. Combined with the local ecological protection and industrial development policies, provide suggestions and strategies for future study area residential layout adjustment and local biodiversity conservation.The result shows:(1) Yunnan snub-nosed monkey habitat selection on the terrain is not very high, except the river, the urban settlements, agricultural land, roads and so on monkeys habitat factors which hampered the distribution of roles: drawn by landscape characteristics of Yunnan snub-nosed monkey. Based on GIS spatial overlay raster and Cost-Weighted Distance technology, build the layers from Yunnan snub-nosed monkey biological corridor construction and habitat conservation-oriented land ecological importance of evaluating, highlighting the area of ecological conservation priorities, making the evaluation results more specific.(2) Taking into account the specific conditions of mountain land, residential distribution through quantitative description of AHP to construct an index system suitable for mountainous rural residential land suitability evaluation, the evaluation results show that most of the south of the study area are more suitable for residential construction, Because of altitude in the northern region, nature reserves, social development and economic reasons, resulting in its construction(site) less suitable for the protection of the fragile ecological environment of the region, these areas should be a focus of ecological immigrant settlement policies.(3) Through exclusive matrix to monkeys and humans ascend to the same research level, rather than as a settlement suitability assessment factor, it fully embodies the local biodiversity conservation priorities. Exclusive matrix partitioning results further amended simple settlement suitability evaluation results. The overall suitability of Residential construction in the study area is low, snow-capped mountains of protected areas in central and a small area northern Jianchuan settlements belong to the migration zone, we are not in favor of the immigration area and the focus of remediation area further construction activities, we should move step by step implementation of community co-management system in old neighborhoods or communities, the best choice for a new site is near eastern Yulong County or the western Lanping(priority construction area). South of the study area are scattered habitat of monkeys should be an early realization of communication, these regional rural settlements can be text guidance in the key area for the remediation process migratory species establishing ecological buffer zone, to avoid excessive human interference, or may be further ex-situ conservation of animals to demonstrate the actual financial and economic situation.
