Due to the lack of effective planning and management of rural residential areas in our country,there has been a state of scattered distribution,sporadic distribution and inefficient utilization.The extensive use of rural land is in sharp contrast with the shortage of urban land,and the layout of rural residential areas is optimized Help to improve the level of economical and intensive use of rural land,and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and urbanization.In this paper,we take the Jizhou district of Tianjin as the research object,and use the landscape pattern analysis and cluster analysis to comprehensively analyze the rural residential layout pattern in Jizhou area.The main conclusions are as follows:1、The rural settlements in Jizhou are large in size,and the differences in the scale and characteristics of the land use in each township are obvious.The shapes of rural settlements are irregular,complex and diverse,and they are greatly affected by human activities.The distribution of rural residential areas is relatively overall Scattered,there is a certain degree of agglomeration,while rural residents in Jizhou area affected by the layout of rural settlements,population density and economic development conditions;2、Through cluster analysis,the thistle obviously by 26 towns will be divided into three areas,the overall development of the type I advantage area,general area on the overall development of the class Ⅱ and class III area lack of comprehensive development area,among them,the rural residential areas pattern mainly for class I areas along the traffic layout type,class Ⅱ district rural residential areas mainly for incomplete centralized layout mode,class III district rural settlement pattern mainly for free layout type;3、According to the principle of optimal layout,three typical villages are selected to optimize the layout of the three typical villages.After optimization,the layout of rural residential areas in the typical villages is more reasonable.The shape of the patches of rural settlements tends to be simple,more aggregated and discretized Reduce,with a point to the surface,in theory,provide a reference for the reform of Jieshou District homestead,new rural construction.
