Research On Wenzhou 's New Urbanization

Urbanization is an inevitable result of industrialized development and animportant symbol in the history of mankind, is also an important route of humanmodernization. For developing country such as China’s urbanization has a greatersignificance. As part of the Chinese city, a typical representative, Wenzhou is not onlyconducive to the healthy development of the New Urbanization, as well as conduciveto the healthy development of China’s various cities. This paper uses the theoreticalliterature research, comparative reference research, Qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, Interview study collect relevant information. The article alsocollected a large amount of urbanization in developed countries in Europe, Americaand Japan, then Summarized. Through analysis and comparison we find the problemsin Wenzhou, includes the problems about Understanding, Public Service, Farmers andEnvironment. And according to these problems this paper give countermeasures andsuggestions, includes Raise awareness, eliminate misunderstanding; Strengthengovernment functions, improve the public service system; Improve laws andregulations, solve the problem of farmers’ land; Sound social security system; Striveto build a "resource-saving and environment-friendly" city.This paper mainly includes four parts. The first part is an introduction, in thispart we mainly talk about the background, research status, the theoretical foundation.The second part mainly talk about foreign urbanization patterns and urbanizationdevelopment process of Wenzhou. Then this paper describes the process ofurbanization in Europe, America, Japan as well as the development process ofurbanization in Wenzhou. In the third part we talk about the reasons of the NewUrbanization problems in Wenzhou.In the fourth part we talk about the methods tosolve the New Urbanization problems.
