Study On The Construction Of Tourism Land Classification System And Its Spatial Structure

In recent years, the effects of land-use on the ecological environment and the social economic development has attracted more and more attention, as one of the land-use way, tourism land-use is an important carrier and the material basis of tourism economic development, with the rapid development of tourism industry, tourism land-use problems have became more and more attention from all circles of society. However, our country currently only put forward the national planning norms on scenic area, the definition of the tourism land-use’s concept hasn’t been made now, and the classification standard also hasn’t been made, causing the confusion phenomenon of the tourism land-use, and the contradictions and conflictions with tourism land-use and other industries sometimes has happened, it is a imminent on tourism land-use classification and standardization.This paper study on the tourism land-use from the perspective of ecological protection and rational development and utilization, and through combing the research progress of the domestic and foreign tourism land-use development, and analysis the tourism land-use type from the existing national standards of land-use classification, and defines the concept of tourism land-use, and establish the scientific and reasonable tourism land-use classification system from the expert evaluation method. According to Nanjing eastern suburb scenic area, the study has carried on an empirical analysis, and has established tourism land-use classification system of the scenic area, and get a more reasonable conclusion, which indicates that the tourism land-use classification system is scientific, applicability and operability; Using remote sensing and GIS technology, established tourism land-use database of the eastern suburb scenic area, and using the mathematical method of modern geography to analyze the spatial structure characteristic of Nanjing eastern suburb scenic area tourism land-use as the basic of this database. Finally, taking Nanjing eastern suburb scenic area tourism land spatial structure analysis as the foundation, and put forward the spatial structure optimization method of the tourism land-use, which has an important practical significance to the rational allocation of land and land administration work of Nanjing eastern suburb scenic area.The paper makes use of various research methods, and comprehensive and quantitative researches the scenic area tourism land-use spatial structure, which breaches the research’s limitations of the qualitative and single research method. The results show that:①Nanjing eastern suburb scenic area has rich tourism land-use types, the tourism ecological protection land-use and tourism sightseeing land-use occupies the main land use types;②The spatial distribution of the scenic area tourism is not balanced, all kinds of the scenic tourism land-use spatial distribution is concentrated, the spatial structure has the feature of core edge;③The traffic of the scenic area is not high, which causing the lower spatial connection degree of tourism land-use, the connection degree is not uniformly distributed in the scenic, the southwest regional of scenic area has a high spatial connection degree, while the others has a low spatial connection degree;④The tourism land-use’s distribution of scenic area tends to the economically developed city center;⑤The tourism land-use spatial structure of Nanjing eastern suburb scenic area is not reasonable, there is a lack of the tourism management land, the tourism business and commerce shopping sites, the other tourist land and the tourism education land.
