A Study On The Role Of Local Government In The Construction Of Guizhou Small Towns

Small towns have been greatly developed and the process of ChinaUrbanization have accelerated since the reform and opening up. As a poorsouthwest province, construction of small towns of Guizhou is particularlyimportant. However, due to the backwardness in geographical environment,human structure and socio-economic level, the construction of small townscannot blindly imitate the development model and management model of developedareas. So the positioning role of local government has great significance inconstruction of small towns. This article is to explore and position the localgovernment roles in construction of small towns in Guizhou, which accuratewhich promotes the construction of small towns in Guizhou.By data analysis, comparative research and field research，the articleanalyzes the history of small towns and status quo and future development.The author use comparative analysis to do a comparison of regional developmentabout the small towns.
