Heilongjiang province is not only a major grain producing province in China, but also is thecountry’s largest commodity grain base. In recent years, the sustained growth of grain output inHeilongjiang province has made an important contribution to the food production of elevensuccessive increase.At the same time, the structure of grain production in Heilongjiang provincehas changed greatly, and the fluctuation of grain output and grain production has a great impacton the fluctuation.So, how has the structure of grain production in our country experienced achange? What is the change of its characteristics and future trends? It is important to clarifythese questions for adjusting grain planting structure and improving grain output.Therefore, thispaper will use the data of grain production in1949-2013analysis of changes in the structure ofgrain production in Heilongjiang Province, so as to reveal the feature of the change ofHeilongjiang grain production structure. On this basis, analysis the influencing factors of thechanges in the structure of food production and the future development trend, in order for theadjustment and improvement of food structure in Heilongjiang Province providereference. Through the research,we can get the following conclusions:(1)The grain production in Heilongjiang province obtained a fast development since thefounding of the new China, but the overall fluctuation is relatively large.On the one hand, theincrease of grain yield due to the expansion of planting area and yield of per unit area yield, theeffect is more obvious; on the other hand, affecting food production structure changeon Grain Yield and its fluctuation. Due to corn and rice their high level and rapid growth rate andthe proportion of corn and rice growing in the area of grain is increasing.Therefore, the corn andthe riceplay a major role in the increasing of grain production.(2)Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China, Heilongjiang Province main graincrop production structure out gradually to the characteristics of the four major staple food crop ofthetransition from a variety of crops, In recent ten years, the structure of grain production inHeilongjiang Province has "two additional two decrease in the trend," two additional "rice andcorn yield increased, especially for corn production continues to grow," subtraction "is to reducethe yield of wheat and soybean.(3)Natural conditions, agricultural policy, technical factors and economic factors are the main factors affecting the structure of grain production, and increasingly prominent advantage of cornand rice in grain production in the main reason is the two crops of higher income.(4)Use the model of GM(1,1) to predict the grain plantation in Heilongjiang Province in thenext few years. The results showed that the next few years corn yield will rise sharply, ricedeclined slightly, soybean and wheat is greatly reduced.According to the research, there are some problems in the grain production structure of cornand rice in Heilongjiang province.,On one hand from the perspective of product supply, it is notconducive to soybean production as the main soybean production areas of development,On theother hand, the changes of the structure of grain production affect the grain output and itsfluctuation.Therefore, the future may be considered by reasonable soybean corn rotation systemto adjust and optimize the structure of grain production, to ensure national food security and thepromotion of farmers’ income, promote the sustainable development of grain production inChina.
