Research On Purchasing Management Of EPC Project

It is necessary to improve level of technology and management, enhance quality of service and control force of decrease risk, enhance the purchasing management, reduce project cost for H company, especially enhancing the purchasing management.To improve H company’s direct air cooled system EPC market competition level, service and risk control, it is essential to enhance the purchasing department management. For H company, it will be a large, complex systematic engineering, which involves the business strategy, standardization of the company procurement process, optimization of supplier development and management, contract management optimization, strengthening the purchase cost control, establishing purchasing department of risk management scheme and human resource management etc. This article uses the theory of EPC project management and purchasing management, in line with principle of purchasing strategy, supplier development and management, supplier classification, contract and risk management, to optimize H company’s purchasing management. To help H company improve procurement efficiency, avoid purchasing risk and reduce the purchase cost, makes the H company to maintain the brand leading position in the industry.
