Study On The Optimization Of Fund Management Of City - Level Tobacco Companies In A Province

Treasury management is the core content of financial management, strengthen the management of funds is the inner demand of enterprise development, and an important approach to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Effective capital management not only can prevent risks from capital safety but also gives full play to the capital scale. In recent years, many enterprises at home or abroad are trying to find useful methods to improve the effect of fund management to enhance overall efficiency of the company.The Third Plenary Session of the18th CPC Central Committee put forward some reform goals for state-owned enterprises (sores). For SOES must adapt to the marketization and internationalization, to manage state-owned companies to focus on regulating business decision-making, Realizing assets value, having fair competition, improving enterprises’efficiency, enhance the vitality and energy of enterprises and undertake the social responsibility. According to this goal, the tobacco industry explores and practises three projects "where is the bonus, where is the development potential and where is the goal in reform of the tobacco industry" and the key content is strengthening enterprise capital management. One tobacco company plans to introduce a new management model to improve the efficiency of treasury management. But there are many challenges in pushing process. This paper presents some problems of capital management of tobacco companies in city level and focus on the process and pattern of capital management which worth to introduce for the tobacco industry.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part:introductionA brief introduction of the topic background, research meaning, the research situation both at home and abroad, study idea and research methodology.The second part:related theory and development trend of capital management’A brief review of relevant theories about capital management, the characteristics of the new economy in China and the development trend of enterprise capital management.The third part:the general situation and the status of capital management of a tobacco company in a provincial level.Explain the cause of choosing this company as a research object and introduce the general situation and the status of capital management of this company.The fourth part:the optimization solutions for tobacco companies in city level. The optimization principle, method and program in capital management for tobacco companies in city level.The fifth part: conclusionThrough the practice, in recent years, there is some experience in capital management which can be used by other companies. However, actual problems should be discussed and the method and pattern of capital management are Changing.This paper adopts the method of normative analysis combined with case study, sums up the theoretical principle of capital management and Described in detail about the forward, development, prospect of this idea. At the mean time, describe the basic concept, constituent elements, challenges and development tendency of capital management. Then, compares the current patterns and analyze the present situation of tobacco company in city level. Finally, by using methods of contrast and illustration to analyze the problems and put forward corresponding optimization strategies.Main contributors: Explored some experience which can be exploited by other companies and help to explore unified conforms which can be used by local to improve efficiency. Second, promote the application of centralized capital management, thus effectively prevent capital security risks, expand the scale of capital effect, promote the upgrading of the comprehensive budget management and realize standard management. The shortcomings: some practical problems in real life are not seen as adequately and parts of problems need specific solution.
