Along with the rapid development of the our country society and the economy, the size and the number of car dealers changed dramatically, the Auto 4S stores with the function of car sales, spare parts, service and information feedback have gradually developed into a major mode in car sales and after-sales service.To enhance the strength, auto dealers have accelerated the pace of building the 4S store, but most of the domestic car dealers do not have the ability of 4S store engineering, procurement and construction and so on. Engineering supplier selection is an important part of building 4S store project supply chain, engineering supplier as the source of the 4S store project supply chain, has a great influence in project cost, quality and duration and so on, so it is an urgent problem in DL company to choose the engineering design company and to form a strategic partnership. To take full advantage of the design company resources, and implement efficiently 4S store supply chain management, the thesis analyzes the status quo and major shortcomings of 4S store project engineering in DL company. On the basis of supply chain management theory literature,thesis determine criteria of the design partner selection by expert interviews and other methods, to establish AHP model, to build judgment matrix and calculate by the square root method of AHP, to Conclude by the consistency test, it explore a thought for management decision of 4S store project design partner selection in DL company, and then provide a reference of a strategic partnership for the 4S store construction material and equipment suppliers and contractors.
