Research On Evaluation Of Innovation Ability Of Strategic Emerging Industry

The development of strategic emerging industries plays a great significance in today’s international economic competition, however, the research of strategic emerging industries in China is still ascendant. Based on concepts and characteristics of strategic emerging industries, and the "Oslo Manual" Innovation Survey and the frame of measure, we selected 95 indicators to measure the strategic emerging industries’ innovative ability, which has 51 measurement indicators can obtain the qualitative and quantitative data and can be stratified into five main factors.research and development, product/process innovation, marketing/organizational innovation, innovation output, innovation environment, and the five main factors also have 25 respective corresponding refinement indicators,and then we established a strategic emerging industry innovation ability evaluation system.and the use of gray fuzzy evaluation method, the ability to complete the evaluation of innovative emerging industries of strategic analysis of a region. On the basis of preliminary evaluation of the results of the use of kernel density analysis of strategic emerging industries innovation capability deeper analysis of the evaluation results. This will provide strong support for innovation theory to further expand further enrich and emerging industries of strategic industrial innovation capability studies, and provide powerful research tools and methods-Emerging industries of strategic innovation capability to evaluate and establish an appropriate indicator system that allows us the ability for strategic emerging industries innovative scientific and objective evaluation, the evaluation results of the depth data analysis also enables us to more accurately reflect the strategic emerging impact of industrial innovation development of strategic emerging industries and social economy, help to give a reasonable policy recommendations on future economic trends. As theoretical support, this article Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an as an example of innovation capability in three cities to evaluate strategic emerging industries, and the results were evaluated horizontal and vertical analysis and kernel density analysis. This process is the ability to understand the emerging industrial innovation strategy in three cities provide an effective way to evaluate the results of its analysis and recommendations will also provide reference to the relevant decision makers. Of which Wuhan optoelectronic information industry, biomedicine, energy and environmental protection, mechanical and electrical integration, new materials and chemical for strategic emerging industries; Chengdu electronic information, biomedicine and precision machinery manufacturing these three leading industries and related industries as strategic emerging industries; Xi’an electronic information, advanced manufacturing, biomedical, telecommunications, photovoltaic and semiconductor lighting, electrical equipment and energy technology, electronic components, automotive, software and service outsourcing, etc. for strategic emerging industries. Therefore, the strategic emerging industry innovation ability evaluation system of construction, will be the future development of various strategic emerging industry innovation ability evaluation system has to provide a set of reference.
