As a new oil companies, in the cost and the yield is increasing pressure situation, to occupy the advantage in the market competition, in an invincible position, we must fully recognize that the increase of petroleum enterprise’s competitive ability has become a very important problem, and one of the key factors which affect the competition ability of petroleum enterprise is an enterprise management system, the management system, the performance of human resources management problems is its core problem. The Petrochemical Industries Co is different from the old enterprise post rich, staffed characteristics, puts forward higher requirements for the particularity of its integrity, enthusiasm and creativity of personnel. The company especially in training employees are still insufficient, training performance evaluation becomes a mere formality, there is no detailed training system, not form an effective monitoring mechanism to counter. Therefore, to explore a set of scientific, reasonable and perfect performance appraisal system, to improve the performance of employees, training excellent talent team, so that enterprises in the fierce market competition to win the advantage of long-term development has a crucial role.This paper takes the current situation of employee training begins, and combining the current actual condition, many problems in the process of analysis of the company business development in the training of the employees also exist, by taking certain measures to fully mobilize the employees enthusiasm and creativity, cultivate all-round development of people, play enterprise human resource rich potential advantages take the road of enterprise talent, grasp the opportunities and challenges, and fundamentally improve the comprehensive strength in the advantage position in the market competition.
