In the "internet+" era, tradition industries are in urgent need of transformation. In face of the free financial environment nowadays, a great number of "internet+" financial companies are springing up, and they are taking the lead in this era. In this fast-growing industry, technology is the hardware to guarantee the company’s rapid development, while human resource management, among which, the management of company and employees’ performance is the most important and central software to support business operation.A new internet financial enterprise is the example in this paper. Regarding to the problems occurred from early establishment to the stable development, strategic human resource management and modern performance management system theories, combined with actual cases in the company are applied to the systematic analysis of small and medium sized internet financial company’s performance management system, from which a set of practical, modern, distinctive performance management system is refined.There are six chapters in this paper:the first chapter introduces the main contents and the key methods used in this paper, as well as the research results and characteristic innovations; the second chapter introduces the basic definition of performance management system and applicable objects for each method. The third chapter introduces the basic information of TM company, former performance management system of TM company and problems related; the fourth chapter introduces the improved performance management system and the implementation results; the fifth chapter analyzes the effects and advantages of the improved performance management system, and the problems which should be paid attention to during implementation.Major achievements from the performance management system this paper studies:fixing the gap between performance management system in internet industry and the company’s fast-changing environment, internal and external; fixing the problem of the spreading focuses in performance management in new companies; fixing the problem of unpredictable performance goals in financial enterprises; solving the communication problems within the enterprise.
