The Research On The Development Of Think Tank In Innner Mongolia

At the time of globalization, the think tank as a took of consultation has played a more important role in society especially for government. And it has risen the construction of think tank, even some scholars consider it as the fifth right after the legislative, administrative, judicial and media. Since the reforming and opening, it has made great process in economical yield and the average GDP per capita has been greatly increased in Inner Mongolia. At the time of the comprehensive construction affluent society,there are two problems:one is the bigger economic pressure and another is the conflict of industrial structure, making the conflict between the economies and environment more obvious. To solve the problem, it is necessary relying on both traditional government policies and the think tank.The thesis firstly clears the theories of think tank from home and abroad, and describes the background roughly; then it settles the concept or something theoretical of think tank with the combination the practical situation in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the problems and causes; finally by drawing lessons of think tank construction and development experience from many countries, the author is trying to provide suggestions for the development of a think-tank in Inner Mongolia.
