PPP project bidding to ensure that the government departments to choose the right private partner, is the key to the successful implementation of the PPP project. With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the increasing demand for public projects, relying on government investment has been unable to meet the financial needs of the construction of public projects. In this case, the public private partnerships (public private partnerships, PPP) due to many advantages with diversity of investment main body, a high degree of market, optimize the allocation of resources and has received more and more attention of our government. However, China’s current PPP project bidding is the same as the general construction project bidding mode, unable to adapt to the characteristics of the PPP project can not realize the value for money. Therefore, this paper based on the PPP mode of construction project bidding and bidding problems and countermeasures existed in studied.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, summarizes and sums up the related literature at home and abroad, and then summarizes the related research methods in the process of writing. Secondly, analyzed the bidding mode of PPP project with the related theory, then the mode of PPP construction project bidding based on the status quo and existing problems are analyzed. Then on the domestic and international experience for reference; finally, according to the PPP model of construction project bidding problems puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Expect to contribute to the bidding mechanism can improve the capacity for the PPP project.
