Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Human Capital Of Higher Education And Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

Industrial structure is an important reflection of economic development and whole quality of national economy. At the time of knowledge economy and information age, science & technology and talents are the core element and powers to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. As highest level of education system, the efficiency of input-output of higher education human capital plays an important role in the training and delivering specialized human capital, and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. For this reason, based on the analysis of input-output efficiency, this paper studies on the interactive relationship between human capital of higher education and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concepts and multi-disciplinary theory of human capital, industry development and investment of higher education, and introduces the status and problems of the input-output of higher education human capital and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure; secondly, designs the evaluation index system of input and output of higher education human capital,using the method of factor analysis to evaluate the input-output efficiency of higher education human capital;then reviews the relationship between the higher education human capital and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in 1995-2013 using qualitative analysis and normative analysis; and using factor analysis and regression analysis, this paper studies the correlation between higher education human capital and industrial structure optimization and upgrading; Finally, based on the quantitative and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the input efficiency and output efficiency of higher education human capital, promote the benign interaction of higher education human capital and industrial structure optimization and upgrading, etc.
