The Extension Evaluation Study On The Land Intensive Use Of During Urbanization In Dongbei Regional

As the support of our country to new urbanization, China’s urbanization has entered the phase of comprehensive and rapid development, and the rate of urbanization has reached 54.77%, which results in many contradiction problems inevitably. To ensuring the sustainable development of economy, society and ecology, solving the problems about inadequate land use, unreasonable urban spatial planning and ecological environment deteriorated sharply in urbanization process is particularly important.Only realize the intensive utilization of urban land, can we solve the contradiction between supply and demand of land, promoting economic development, social stability and ecological balance.Firstly,this paper analyzes and concludes the research status both home and abroad from three aspects, consist of the concept, evaluation system and evaluation method.The paper summarizes the research content and the technical route.Secondly, the paper sums up the Urbanization and Land Intensive Use and introduces seven theories that are related to urbanization land intensive use evaluation model. Thirdly,the paper analyzes the influencing factors from the natural factors, economic factors, social factors of land intensive use; and uses the theory of PSR model to analyze the pressure layer,state layer,and response layer, a total of 15 evaluation indexes, combining the principle of evaluation system and get the evaluation index system of land intensive use.The paper uses entropy value method to determine the weight coefficient of each index.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the the three theoretical pillars of extension theory,thus establishes the extension evaluation model of urbanization land intensive use, and gives the steps of extension evaluation. Finally, this paper builds the extension evaluationabout urbanization land intensive use of Changchun city, and puts forward the corresponding strategy.The problems about urbanization land intensive use are extremely complex, and extension evaluation model has not selected all evaluation indexes, so there may be gap between evaluation results and the actual situation. However,the evaluation indexes the paper selects is more representative, the result can provide theoretical basis for decision-making for the government and relevant departments.
