This experiment was designed to study evaluation method of goose diet fiber effectivenessby using enzyme hydrolysis method, general nutrient analysis, fann forage analysis solution tocompare the chemical composition of alfalfa hay and corn stover, and further evaluation goosediet fiber effectiveness combined with the digestion and metabolism experiments. Thirty healthyjilin white geese young goose were randomly divided into5groups with six replicates eachgroup for digestion and metabolism experiments. They were assigned to five experiment dietswith group A (5%corn stover), group B(5%corn stover+5%alfalfa hay), group C (10%alfalfahay), group D(5%corn stover+10%alfalfa hay), group E (15%alfalfa hay), the same ratebetween energy and nitrogen, and the same content of cell wall in each of the diet. Enzymehydrolysis method, general nutrient analysis, fann forage analysis solution were combined withdigestion metabolism experiments to study the effectiveness of the goose diet fiber. Initiallyestablish correlation of digestibility of each component and production of different analysismethod, as well as the relationships between them and the energy effectiveness, therelationships between them and protein availability. This will provide strong scientific basis forevaluating the effectiveness goose diet fiber.The results showed that:Neutral detergent fiber (NDF) digestibility of five groups feeding different diet fiber wasbetween24.03%~31.40%. Digestibility of acid detergent fiber digestion (ADF) was22.71%~29.26%. Hemicellulose (HCE) digestibility was41.35%~49.21%.Digestibility of cell walls (CW) was67.08%~71.77%. Enzyme high digestive fiber was23.35%~29.57%. Enzymatic hydrolysis lignin content was32.98%~38.19%. Enzyme lowdigestive fiber was36.78%~42.78%. Metabolic energy (ME) value was64.63%~71.04%.Nitrogen apparent deposition rate was26.70%~30.79%.Enzyme high digestive fiber has significantly positive correlation with the digestibility ofNDF, HCE, ADF, CW, ME (P<0.01).Enzymatic hydrolysis lignin content was significant negative correlation with thedigestibility of NDF, ADF, HCE, CW, ME (P<0.01).The rate of enzyme high digestive fiber and cell wall was significantly positive correlationwith metabolism energy (P<0.05), and the rate of enzymatic hydrolysis lignin content and cell wall was significantly negative correlation with metabolism energy (P<0.01).The results showed that enzyme high digestive fiber and the rate of enzyme high digestivefiber and cell wall, enzymatic hydrolysis lignin content and the rate of enzymatic hydrolysislignin content and cell wall could show the effectiveness index of fiber.
