Within this test we use the Fujiminorigrape and Han XiangMi grape as testmaterial, use a built-in Straw Bioreactor between the lines in a greenhouse in theproduction process. Use this two grape varieties as comparison, were studied thataffect on different consistence of Straw Bioreactor for grape growth development,yield, quality and soil nutrition content. The results prove that: by use differentconsistence of Straw biological reactor culture, the Straw biological reactor will play adifferent effect, and there will be different levels of growing development and fruitquality for the grape. In this test we measure the fresh treetop growth, the fruit settingrate, the acre yield, the tinctorial yield, the chlorophyll content, the sugar content andthe acid content by use a Straw biological reactor for the first year; And we alsomeasure the organic content, the available nutrients contents, the water content of thesoil.There we found that high bacterial concentration will go against with thegrowing development of wines, and low bacterial concentration should unable tomaximum effext; the best bacterial concentration of greenhouse green food grape is120-150kg/hm2for Fujiminorigrape and130-160kg/hm2for Han XiangMi, it explainthat for different variety there needs different bacterial concentration; And we alsofound though optimal concentration is depend on variety,150kg/hm2bacterialconcentration is work best to improve available nutrient of soil and water retainingcapacity; The other side, the effectiveness of the reactor is not only relate to bacterialconcentration, but also relate to the set up time of reactor; After use the StrawBioreactor, indoor air temperature is increased1-5℃, and ground temperature isincreased2-4℃, the minimum temperature is increased faster then maximumtemperature, the increase of ground temperature is most significant within20-30cmsoil layer.
