This test with straw, species, plant vaccine as test materials, to ZhongYan 100 varieties tested, which is based on internal and external type straw biological reactor technology for processing, system to study the different dosage of straw and species, with the vaccine and the dosage of straw on the growth and development of tobacco plant, after the incidence, roast tobacco yield and quality and the influence of output value, get the following conclusion:1, the use of straw biological reactor can increase the economic benefit. Applying straw reaction materials handling area compared with the control treatment area for leaf tobacco growth provides more nutrients, research shows that 11250 kg/hm squared> 6750 kg/hm squared> 2250 kg/hm squared, with the increase of straw reaction materials, tobacco leaf, plant height, maximum leaf length, leaf number were increased significantly, thus improved the tobacco leaf production. F processing (i.e. straw dosage of 6750 kg/hm squared, both strains and vaccine) is the best treatment, because of plant vaccine strains and join, make a significant reduction in the incidence of tobacco, and reduced the amount of pesticide, chemical fertilizer, reducing the production cost, reduce the pesticide residue, improve the economic benefit.2, the use of straw biological reactor can improve soil fertility. Applying straw reaction material can obviously decrease soil bulk density, with the increase of applying straw reaction material content, the greater the reduction of soil bulk density, improve planting tobacco soil permeability. Applying straw biological reactor can increase soil porosity. With the increase of straw reaction material consumption, increase soil porosity, the greater the same to improve plant tobacco soil permeability, to the formation of soil fertility and plant nutrition of tobacco plant transformation plays a positive role, and directly affect the condition of soil.3, the use of straw biological reactor can improve the quality of tobacco leaves. Straw biological reactor can promote the carbon metabolism of tobacco leaves, the synthesis and accumulation of nitrogen to nicotine, increase the total sugar, reducing sugar content in flue-cured tobacco, accordingly to reduce the nicotine content in tobacco leaves, tobacco quality was improved. Through the study found that, using contrast to CK treatment of tobacco leaves and applying straw reaction material after the content of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine has obvious differences, of total sugar, reducing sugar content in tobacco leaves with the use of straw was positively close relationship, dosage of nicotine content of straw into a negative relationship.4, straw reactor technology can improve tobacco leaf production. Control processing area flue-cured tobacco agronomic traits, roast tobacco leaf chemical components, physical character, economic properties and sensory quality indexes is lower than the use of straw reaction materials such as processing, in addition to the control treatments, the treatment has the different effect on grain yield and quality of tobacco leaves, in F processing (i.e. straw dosage of 6750 kg/hm squared, both strains and vaccine) effect is best.
