Study Of GA₃on Fresh-keeping Of Cut Gladiolus Hybridus Flower

In this thesis, Gladiolus hybridus Hort cut flowers of Gladiolus hybridus (category ’Pink’) were choosed for experiments.GA3and sucrose was used for preservation of cut flowers.This essay was held from3aspects and the main results were shown as follows:1、A series of concentrations was choosed,30mg·L-1GA3was the best concentration of cut flowers.2、The effect of trements with sucose on fresh freservation of Gladiolus hybridus. Solutions with3%sucose has the best effects on raise fresh weight and contents of anthocyanin, iprove ornamental value and extend vase holding life in cut flowers.3、The Gladiolus hybridus cut-flowers were pretreated with GA3to study the effect of GA3on fresh preservation of Gladiolus hybridus cut-flowers in the solution with3%sucrose.The results showed that30mg*L-1GA3Pretreatment with solution of3%sucrose could extend vase holding life, improve ornamental value, definitely improve moisture balance in cut-flowers, increase activity of POD, SOD,CAT,delay degradation of protein and delay the increase of MDA.
