| 4YZP-2corn harvester is widely used in Shan xi province and its surrounding areas. Its structure has the character of narrow-trackã€high center of gravity and eccentric distance, in addition, during the process of turning, body roll can be caused, so its lateral stability is bad, because it always works on the different working conditions, such as hillsã€slops, rollover accident often happens, so studying its rollover stability has an important significance to improve working safety.At present, the study of harvester’s rollover stability is less, so combine with corn harvester’s project of Agricultural Machinery Bureau in Shan xi province, the static rollover stability was analyzed, what’s more, during the process of analyzing structure parameters and driving parameters which has impacts on dynamic rollover stability, its disadvantage of structure was put forward. In order to achieve its structure’s optimization, the study as follows was carried out:1)Based on the research status of corn harvester and rollover stability of vehicles, Train of thought of this topic was put forward.2) The structure constitutesã€structure characteristics and roller mechanism of the harvester was analyzed; combined with4YZP-2corn harvester, several stability evaluation indexes were elaborated in detail and their advantage and disadvantages were compared. The impact of common evaluation indexes’ impact (body rollover angle and lateral acceleration) on LTR, and LTR was adopted as corn harvester’s evaluation index. Rigid roll mathematical model and mathematical model with oscillating axle was built to obtain the foundation which can judge the stability, maximum rollover stability angle of this two models was analyzed, moreover, the turning process of this two models was analyzed to get the factor which can influence its rollover stability, this can provide theoretical principle for the study of rollover stability.3)The virtual prototyping model which was composed of vehicle body〠axle〠engineã€frame and Steering system constituted of steering trapezium and steering cylinder was built to carry on rollover test, maximum rollover stability angle under no load condition and full load condition was obtained, and the driving parameters such as speedã€steering angleã€slope angle as well as time of turning and structure parameters such as wheel trackã€wheelbaseã€eccentric distance as well as oscillating axle which has impact on rollover stability was analyzed. The analysis results show that if the speed is higherã€the steering angle is largerã€slope angle is larger or time of turning is shorter, its rollover stability is worse; if the wheel track and wheelbase is larger or eccentric distance is smaller, its rollover stability is better; besides, the oscillating axle can also reduce its rollover stability. 4)Based on the analysis results, improving plans such as reducing the ratio of height and width as well as eccentric distance were proposed, and simulations of the improved vehicle were carried out. The analyzing results show that this plan could improve the rollover stability of the corn harvester; at the same time, based on the relevant research, the theoretical improving scheme of oscillating axle was put forward, which can provide theoretical principle for active anti-rollover. |
