Ecological administration work of the modern soil and water conservation is not onlycontrol soil erosion simply, the more is focusing on the environment landscape planing, basedon the soil and water loss administration, so landscaping of the area can be coordinate and thecity ecological environment would be improved. Through the analysis of the regional statusquo of Dongfeng reservoir. In this text water and soil conservation measures was planed,paying attention to the combination of ecological and landscape construction. And the soilerosion governing combined with the clean water, resident leisure, ecotourism and attractivelandscape. The design results are as follows:1.The Dongfeng reservoir planning and design:①The artificial wetland was constructed in Sancha river which connects the the reservoir.In this process, arrangement of plants was based on the local climate, soil and other factors,and terrestrial plant communities, plant communities of aquatic as well as wetland plantcommunity were used to construct a relatively stable plant community. Different kinds ofterrestrial plants, aquatic plants, aquatic plants, submerged plants and floating plants werechosen to plant in the area, and considerating combining the seasonal plants and evergreenplants, plants with matched with height, economic plants and non economic plants, andthrough the reasonable layout, the water landscape environment of wetland having function ofthe supply of resources, landscape, ornamental, riparian protection and water purificationwould be constructed.②Ecological revetment engineering: shore line form was transformed by configuring thedifferent kinds of plants and different shore lines need to different disposing;a variety of trees,shrubs and grass planted, so it would create a complex structure, rich layers of terrestrial plantcommunity, and improve the waterfront natural ecology and landscape of the shore.According to the need of living and production, production road and footwalk would bemended. Improving the ability of soil and water conservation along the coast, moreover, itwill form a certain ecological landscape revetment with landscape effect.2.The source of the river of reservoir harnessing planning and design:When do the upper reaches of the river source harnessing, the main measure is establish soil and water conservation ecological forest: we should plant a lot soil and water conserv-ation forest in wild grass ground that has condition of planting trees in slope and gully, thensoil erosion can be reduced and we can develop of economic forest of slope farmland so thatpeople can benefit from these measures; open forest land and seedling forests repair by theythemselves, then people should enclose the hills and cultivate forest and grass, apart from that,people should make good use of the ability of plants, repair by they themselves and increasevegetation coverage so thar it can improve the ability of water conservation.3.Benefit analysis results: Management measure of soil and water conservation in theDongfeng reservoir has great effects on economy, ecology and society. Afforesting wetlandcan purify the inflow water quality, stop sediment, filter pollutants, effectively improve theecological environment of the reservoir area. The ecological forest construction of soil andwater conservation can greatly improve the vegetation cover rate, increase sediment reductionbenefits, reduce runoff and erosion modulus of the reservoir area, augment the effect of soiland water conservation apparently; Increased fruit and by-products in economic forest andartificial wetland, soil and water conservation forest as well as fuel wood of protected forestall have the very high economic value.
