The Study On Curative Effect Of "Yinrujing" On Dairy Cows Recessive Mastitis

This study selected honeysuckle, dandelion, forsythia, rhizoma coptidis, liquorice, indigowoad root, angelica, peach kernel, ricepaper pith and so on several taste Chinese herbal medicine composition of compound preparations to test with recessive mastitis cows for clinical treatment, aims to develop an economic, easily, safe, natural compound Chinese herbal medicine “hidden milk net” to treatment subclinical mastitis. Test the clinical trials, "hidden milk net group, the formation of the penicillin group and the control group(healthy group) compose of controlled trials, respectively test the clinical effect, milk yield, milk ingredients and indicators, the blood parameters, and form controlled trials with penicillin group, health group. The results show that the “hidden milk net” made subclinical mastitis cure rate as high as 90.6%, very significant differences with the penicillin group(P <0.01); “hidden milk net” made milk yield increased slightly in the first 30 days, the differences in the healthy group was significantly(P <0.05); the differences of "hidden milk net" in milk composition, milk protein, milk calcium, phosphorus milk, lactose content are not significant(P> 0.05) significant difference(P <0.05),but butterfat raise significantly, significant difference(P <0.05)compared with the control group; "hidden milk net" make the whey NAGase and LDH vigor significantly reduced(p < 0.01), penicillin group can significantly reduce the whey NAGase vitality(p < 0.01), serum LDH in energy significantly reduced(p < 0.05), somatic cell count declined obviously; "Implicit milk net" also have effect on blood biochemical indicators, serum ALT, AST activity significantly reduced(P < 0.05), but no significant difference with penicillin group, and GSH- PX activity has no significant influence.The study suggests that the herbal medicine “hidden milk net” has good clinical effect in dairy cows mastitis, especially subclinical mastitis, it can substitute penicillin and other antibiotics as mastitis drugs, the effect is good, especially it is safe and has non-toxic side effects, no residue, economic and easy to get.
