Biomass resources is widely distributed and abundant,it is not only a kind of renewable energy, but also a kind of low carbon and environmental energy.Biomass raw materials in China is very rich, mainly include all kinds of field crop straw, forest waste, organic waste and industrial waste, etc.Biomass raw material through thermochemical conversion which is a modern preparation techniques of biochar, can not only obtain biochar, but also get a lot of useful byproduct,The preparation of biochar is also an effective way for the utilization of biomass energy.At present, most laboratories use conventional muffle furnace and pyrolysis for preparing biochar, although the traditional muffle furnace can provide different pyrolysis conditions, but because of the complexity of the biochar preparation process, the study of preparation of biochar is a complex process, the preparation process is restricted by many factors.Muffle furnace has great limitations for the study of biochar preparation,cannot achieve the accurate control and real-time monitoring of preparation process.This paper is based on the researches on the mechanism of the preparation of biochar, and take maize straw and rice husk,which are two common kinds of biomass resources in northeast area, as examples,highly efficient and multi-function biochar preparation device is designed and then experiment,analysis experiment process and results of biomass carbonization,in order to enhance the comprehensive benefits of biochar production, promote the effective development and utilization of biomass energy to provide guidance.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Design and build accurate control experiment system of biochar preparation, on the basis of the system for biochar production under the condition of different production technologies, discuss the effect of production conditions on the result of biochar preparation,to find the optimal preparation process, to achieve the purpose of improving yield and quality of biochar.(2) The maize straw and rice husk are studied under different conditions of carbonization, analyzes the three states product distribution, the results showed that:the products distribution of the two are almost the same, namely:with the increase of temperature, solid carbon yield first decreased and then tended to be stable; the liquid yield increased first and then decreased; gas production rate is increased all the progress.(3) Studied the product gas composition and calorific value of corn straw and rice husk the under different temperature of production.The results show that the influence of carbonization temperature on the hydrogen content in mixed the gases is very significant, and the ratio of hydrogen increases with the increase of the temperature. The content of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in the pyrolysis gases decline with the increase of carbonization temperature. The content of unsaturated hydrocarbons and methane is very small, and the influence of temperature is not big.Gas calorific value is high, roughly between 1.3 and 1.7 MJ/m3, it increase at first and then flatten out with the increase of the temperature, and reached the maximum at 450-500℃.(4) Estimate the energy of biochar preparation process,the results shows that:the recyclable energy is greater than the energy needed to power,therefore, the production process do not need to provide additional energy,and it can be an effective recycling.
