This study aimed to explore the expression quantity of integrin beta 1, SOX9, beta-catenin, BMP2/4, KAP7/8, K1/10.SP in the process of hair follicle stem cells proliferation and differentiation with the treatment of SP in Inner Mongolia white cashmere goat, this study provide relevant theoretical basis to study the hair follicle stem cell proliferation and induce differentiation orientation of Inner Mongolia white cashmere goat.1. We explored the optimal proliferation concentration of hair follicle stem cells with the influence of SP,set up six concentration of 0 mol/L,1×10-5 mol/L,1×10-6 mol/L,1×10-7 mol/L,1×10-8 mol/L,1×10-9 mol/L to treat hair follicle stem cells, we tested eight hole of cells of different concentration of OD value every 24h, then determinated cell proliferation of each treatment group; The results showed that the optimum cell proliferation concentration was 1×10-7 mol/L SP treatment group for this study.2. To explore the optimum concentration of sp for the differentiation of hair follicle stem cells, we extracted 0 d,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d and 14 d and 21 d cells cDNA respectively according to the various concentration of SP in the second experiment to stimulate hair follicle stem cells, then we quantity the expression of integrin beta 1, SOX9, beta-catenin, BMP2/4, KAP7/8, K1/10 by real-time quantitative, according to the results, the SP concentration of 1×10-7 mol/L was the optimal concentration of cell proliferation, and 1×10-6 mol/L were the optimal concentration of differentiation to hair follicle cells,1×10-9 mol/L were the optimal concentration of differentiation to epidermic cells. Integrin beta 1, SOX9, beta-catenin, BMP2/4, KAP7/8, K1/10have high expression at certain point of time.
